This is an alternative way of looking at Psionics. The main rules are from the Deryni vantage point who were the first to have such powers in numbers. They codified what was what and how the skills were organized. And they were hidden under the trappings of magic since they did not know what else to call what they could do.
These rules are really the same as the ones on the main Psionics page. Just that everything is organized differently.
First of all the Psionic skills and any Gifts are organized under 1 of 4 Psionic Disciplines: Body Control, Clairsentience, Kinetics, and Telepathy. There maybe some Gifts that are generally Psionic without being related to one of the disciplines.
