[19:58:55] <+Regan> "There is a defendable clearing next to a rock jetty up ahead. Very defencible."

[20:07:08] * +Regan brushes a branch away as he crests a hill in the path. He then dismounts. "Llanth, would you scout the jetty with me?"
[20:07:49] * +Nath rides quietly along, his eyes sweeping the forest.
[20:07:56] * +Regan takes his bow and notches an arrow
[20:07:57] * +Llanth raises an eyebrow.
[20:08:03] <+Llanth> "Sure."
[20:08:46] <+Regan> "I've been told elven eyes are the best at long distances."
[20:10:04] * +Nath dismounts and leads his horse up to Ceadda.
[20:10:57] <~Bynw> *the druid smiles at Nath* "I don't trust northerns. They always think they know best and never mind their own business."
[20:11:30] * +Nath chuckles "I am sure they think the same about us."
[20:11:41] * +Regan silently walks up to the side of a huge rock formation, keeping out of sight to any that might be below. He points to a large oak tree and says "Just on the other side of that tree we'll be able to look down on the clearing. "
[20:14:27] <+Nath> :: To Ceadda :: "I wonder what he thinks will be there?"
[20:14:37] * +Regan moves to the tree.
[20:15:09] * +Nath continues speaking in Solice to Ceadda
[20:15:16] * +Regan looks back at Nath for no good reason, then peers down to the clearing

[20:16:14] <+Daine> ::His eyes go unfocused for a moment, then a wide smile splits his face. Seemingly for no reason::

[20:25:26] <+Rider> ::The two riders seem to be waiting in the clearing below, in plain sight and with no apparent weapons drawn::

[20:26:21] <+Daine> ::Continues on, moving past the others and towards the clearing at the riders below::
[20:26:31] * +Nath continues the discussion with Ceadda in Solice about the ancient kingdom and gets a piece of parchment from his pack and makes some notes
[20:26:37] * +Llanth raises an eyebrow.

[20:36:07] * +Regan 's grin widens as he slightly bows to her
[20:36:37] * +Nath puts away his notes and then leads his horse forward somewhat cautiously with his hand on his sword at the unfamiliar voice.

[20:37:20] * +Regan turns back to the jetty and waves to come forward
[20:37:44] * +Risira follows Nath, keeping her horse fairly close to his.
[20:38:27] * +Nath glances back at Risira and Knos, and nods aprrovingly that he has sword out
[20:39:01] <~Bynw> *Ceadda quietly stays on the ridge ... looking at the plants*

[20:41:37] * +Knos is forward and slightly ahead of Risira but stops at the top of the ridge and sheathes his sword when he sees Nath calm

[20:42:35] <+Nath> "My name is Captain Nath of the King's Rangers and you are?"
[20:43:37] <+Nym_Gibran> ::Looks to Nath. His clothing is of traditional Anadari cut and style, but the colors are muted greens, browns, and blacks that bland well with the surrounding forest. His only weapon is an ornate dagger in it's sheath at his waist::

[20:49:20] <+Nath> "Any additional information you can provide would help. His known abilitties, associates, habits whatever you know would be of help if you cannot provide direct assistance. I am sure running an Anadari House takes a lot if your time>"

[20:49:37] <~Bynw> *Ceadda makes an appearance on the ridge and starts making his way down*
[20:51:18] <+Nym_Gibran> ::To Nath:: "I will assist in anyway I can and answer any questions I can." ::He smiles to Nath and then turns to the assembled Students:: "I felt Mark's passing. How did it happen?"
[20:51:20] * +Regan sees Ceadda approaching and double taps his knees into Raider, alerting him to readiness
[20:52:38] * +Regan looks at Daine then when he hears no reply yet says "Poisoned berries master"
[20:52:53] <~Bynw> *Ceadda makes his way to Nath* "I have what you requested. Not much but I think enough. It will take time to prepare"
[20:55:50] <+Nym_Gibran> ::Nods:: "Unfortunate. I mourn his passing. Did you perform a burial rite of some kind for him?"
[20:56:03] * +Nath nods "Would you please a make a sweep and let Tirl know I wish to see him when we make camp."
[20:59:07] * +Regan moves his mount forward to Nym and holds out his hand. "May I?"
[20:59:42] * +Nath watches with interest
[20:59:44] <+Nym_Gibran> ::Nods and takes Regan's hand, opening his mind enough to make a mental link::
[21:00:57] * +Regan passes everything that transpired since leaving the fortress smoothly, smiling at Nym's well structured presence

[21:06:52] <+Regan> Raider sniffs at Nym's mount from a distance and snorts.

[21:07:22] <+Nath> "Forgive me Master Nym but is that a unicorn?"
[21:08:21] <+Nath> "I thought Uncorns only had one horn?"
[21:08:35] <+Nym_Gibran> ::Raises and Eyebrow at Nath, then turns to the steed:: "He means no offense Iamar." ::The steed snorts and eyes Nath as if it understood::
[21:08:40] * +Regan chuckles, but listens for Nym's answer
[21:09:18] <+Nym_Gibran> ::To Nath:: "Unicorns do not exists Captain, she is a tri-horn and her name is Iamar."
[21:09:47] <+Nym_Gibran> "She is my travelling companion."
[21:09:50] * +Nath looks startled and says to Lamar "I apologize if that was derogatory."

[21:11:02] <+Nym_Gibran> ::The horse snorts again, and it's head bobs up and down. It walks away and begins feeding on some grass::
[21:12:29] <+Regan> Raider follows Iamar but keeps his distance and starts grazing also
[21:12:52] <+Nym_Gibran> ::To Regan:: "Apprentice. I'm afraid I must ask to see your medallion again. Please."
[21:13:57] * +Regan frowns but nods his head and removes the medallion and covers it with his palm as he extends it to Nym
[21:14:36] * +Nath looks at Regan oddly when covers the medallion like that

[21:38:48] <+Nym_Gibran> ::Like a viper he draws the dagger at his belt, as it is drawn it grows into a two handed great sword. Dark Green hand-fire envelopes the sword. His strike comes so fast it can hardly be seen and it is aimed at Regan::

[21:43:46] <+Nym_Gibran> ::His movements are so fast that the swing can only be seen as a blur. The sword's flat impacts with Regan's head with a loud crack and a flash of hand-fire. In one smooth motion the sword shrinks again to a dagger and he sheaths it::
[21:44:14] <+Regan> "Master, he tried to take first blood. I only intended to subdue him" as his head is struck
[21:45:06] * +Knos attempts to unnock his arrow and suddenly curses
[21:45:21] <+Nath> "Ceadda!!! You have some explaining to do as well!

[21:45:40] * +Nath glances up at Knos "What?!?"
[21:45:42] * +Regan 's eyes glaze ove and he drops to the ground with a grunt

[21:46:09] <+Knos> "My arrow is stuck to the damned string!"
[21:46:38] <+Nym_Gibran> ::Looks to Knos:: "And it will stay that way until you learn to take a hint."
[21:47:26] <+Nym_Gibran> ::His voice steady and calm, like a walk in the park:: "I said I will permit no violence here. I meant it."
[21:47:57] * +Nath lloks at Nym "Knos would only fire if someone shot first and also only if I permitted it. I did tell him not to fire, my men are more disciplined than your students it appears."

[21:50:07] <+Nym_Gibran> ::Looks to Knos, he waves his hand absently and the arrow comes free of the bow. Neither appear to be harmed in the least::
